Further to the recent announcement of its valuable partnership with European emergency lighting manufacturer TM Technologies, Bright Source is excited to share the wider range of innovative emergency lighting solutions it is offering to the UK market.
Due to collaborations with multiple, long-established emergency lighting partners across the UK and Europe, Bright Source is able to take an agnostic approach and leverage these relationships to offer customers multiple solutions for their emergency lighting needs.
Bright Source assesses the project specification and requirement in order to provide its customers with a detailed emergency lighting proposal that meets the project needs perfectly. Bright Source’s customers can be assured that the most commercially attractive, spec compliant option will be put forward. Other options can also be discussed, giving the customer the freedom of choice from the systems that are available.
Bright Source offers emergency lighting systems that provide multiple client and installer benefits. By using an automatic test system, the end user does not need to spend time and money on monthly testing, this reduces operational expenditure and frees up time for maintenance teams. By choosing a wireless, auto-test system, it is easy to implement a gradual roll out program across a building or estate, helping clients manage budgets and release funds as they become available. These systems are also easy and cheap to install for the contractor.
Bright Source has the ability to deliver a wide range of options including;
- Addressable, self-contained auto-testing systems, whether DALI or alternative protocol. Wired and wireless options are also available.
- Stand-alone, dedicated self-contained lights (battery included within the emergency only luminaire)
- Self-contained, mains conversions (battery included within the mains light). These can often be provided as a plug-and-play option or hard wired in our UK factory, these can also be incorporated on to a wireless or DALI test system
- BS-EN-50171 compliant Central Battery Systems. These are available with or without addressable, auto-testing functionality.
Bright Source is able to support client’s proposals with a compliant design to BS-5266, due to its years of technical, emergency lighting experience.
Lee Halliday, Bright Source Director of Projects, said: “We are proud to provide new and different options for emergency lighting and central battery systems. This way our clients can have peace of mind that they are getting the best possible solutions on the market while reducing project costs. Using our expertise, we are able to offer low-energy, sustainable solutions. This is strengthened through the close relationships we have developed with our supply partners, allowing us to work hand in hand to maximise efficiencies across every project.”
